Psychiatric Services
(Medication Management)
Ages 10 - 65
All services are currently provided via secure video (Telehealth) to residents of Washington State as well as in person visits every 2-3 months in Seattle and Vancouver, Washington.

Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation with Medical Services
(New Patients)
A 60 minute comprehensive psychiatric interview with a provisional psychiatric diagnosis and recommended treatment. Treatment may or may not include prescribing of medicines on the first visit.
Follow-up Visit with Medication Management and/or Psychotherapy
(Established Patients)
A 30 to 60 minute appointment discussing overall progress, health updates, symptoms, medications (if prescribed), and recommendations for further treatment.

Services Not Provided
I am unable to provide letters in support of surgery, therapy animals, child support/child custody/parental rights, disability determinations, or forensic determinations (competency evaluations).
Scheduled medications are kept to a minimum and will be determined on a case by case basis. The overall goal is to decrease usage of any unnecessary medications while enhancing safer and more sustainable options to improve overall wellness.
